Completed in December of 2019, Braeside Spec 2 consisted of a 13750m2 manufacturing warehouse in the Braeside Industrial Estate in south-east Melbourne.

Scarlett Contracting were engaged by Frasers Property Australia to provide the electrical infrastructure for the project, including the provision of a High Voltage reticulation supplying the 1x 1500VA kiosk substation. 

The property was designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built v1.1 certified rating from the Green Building Council of Australia. The installation included lighting control, building management system and solar power.
