Located at 2 Roussos Place, Truganina this 21,000m2 development is comprised of two warehouse units utilised as distribution centres and occupied by Nippon Express - a global logistics provider, and Brand Developers, the largest direct response marketing company in Australia & New Zealand.

Engaged by Hansen Yuncken, the electrical works carried out included the design and installation of lighting and electrical throughout the warehouse and office areas as well as external car park and security lighting.

Scarlett Contracting were also engaged to complete the design, certification, supply and installation of data works within Unit 3 (Nippon Express).

The project was completed in May 2016.
