Scarlett Contracting was engaged to Design and Construct the electrical infrastructure for Australian logistics giant Linfox Australia's newest development in Darwin's East Arm.

Situated next to the Darwin railhead at East Arm wharf, the 3000-square-metre purpose-built state of the art intermodal facility is the first in Australia to be constructed to enable complete 'off the grid' operation. It includes a 500sq metre chilled storage area and smart integrated, high-efficiency LED lighting supplied by Vivid Industrial.

Engaged by Vaughan Constructions, the electrical works carried out by Scarlett Contracting included the design and installation of internal and external power infrastructure, lighting and electrical throughout the warehouse and office areas as well as external car park, container yard and all security lighting.
